Guidelines

www.hifind.am is designed for individuals and businesses with an Instagram business page who wish to register and promote their page on our platform. To register a business account, you must provide key details such as the name of your Instagram business page, email address, link to the Instagram page, a description of the business, a logo or image that represents your brand, as well as the appropriate category and sub-category that best describe your business. This ensures your presence on www.hifind.am and allows you to leverage our platform to increase visibility and expand your customer base. Only business accounts that meet our quality standards will be approved and listed on the site. Incomplete accounts or those lacking followers may be rejected based on our platform’s quality assurance criteria. By registering on our platform, you agree not to use www.hifind.am for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities. You also agree not to engage in any actions that could damage or impair the platform or interfere with other users' ability to access the site. www.hifind.am also serves individuals and companies that frequently use Instagram as a marketplace and are looking to discover products or services that align with their preferences. Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate the site and use the advanced search feature to find business accounts on www.hifind.am quickly and efficiently—no need to know exact names or rely on hashtags. Please note that you may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of use.

User integrity

www.hifind.am allows both registered and non-registered users to access the platform. To become a registered user, you must have a business page on Instagram and complete the registration process on our website. Simply click the "Join us" button and fill in the required fields. If you do not have a business page, registration is not necessary. As a registered user, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, correctness, and confidentiality of your account information, as well as all activities associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as needed. Business account holders are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the information they provide. www.hifind.am reserves the right to remove or reject any account that does not meet our quality standards or violates our Terms of use. Please note that www.hifind.am is not liable for the information, quality, or offers presented by business accounts. By registering your business account on www.hifind.am, you grant us permission to display and promote your Instagram business page on our platform.

Property & liability

All content, features, and functionality on www.hifind.am, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of www.hifind.am and Xplode LLC who developed the website. This content is protected by copyright laws. www.hifind.am is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions on our platform. Our platform serves solely as a connection between users and business accounts. As such, we are not responsible for any agreements, collaborations, purchases, or other transactions that may occur between users and businesses. Our platform caters to both registered and non-registered users. Non-registered users can quickly and easily search for and discover various Instagram business accounts. Registered users, specifically business accounts, benefit from enhanced online visibility, the opportunity to attract new customers, and increased follower engagement.

Abuse & governing laws

Abuse on www.hifind.am refers to any actions or behaviors that may violate, harm, or undermine the integrity of our community. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing misleading, incorrect, exaggerated, or fraudulent information; harassing or intimidating other users; attempting to manipulate search results; or engaging in any other conduct that could endanger platform users or damage the reputation of www.hifind.am. We are not responsible for the selection of categories and subcategories for business pages. The businesses themselves determine the most appropriate categories and subcategories that best represent their offerings. We have established specific protocols to address such inappropriate behavior. Upon identifying abusive actions, we may temporarily suspend the offending business page(s). If the behavior is repeated, the page(s) will be permanently removed from the website. Beyond these measures, our ability to intervene is limited, and we urge all users to remain vigilant. www.hifind.am is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all users, fostering positive interactions and meaningful connections. These Terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. By accessing www.hifind.am, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please do not register or use our platform.

Modifications

www.hifind.am reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Overview of the "Best offers" feature

Instagram business pages that are registered on hifind.am can create, manage (edit or/and delete), and display their offers under the "Best offers" section. These offers may include sales, bonuses, and gift cards. Business pages are solely responsible for adding and managing the details of their offers, which are displayed on hifind.am.

How to add a new offer

To add a new offer, registered business pages must: 1. Click on the "Add an offer" button on the hifind.am homepage. 2. When redirected to the page, enter the email address used to register on hifind.am and press the activated "Add a new offer" button. 3. Upon clicking, the business page will receive an email with a unique link to submit the offer. The link will be valid for one hour.

Data submission & management for "Best offers"

Business pages are responsible for submitting and managing their offers on the platform. Each offer must include: • Offer title in both Armenian and English. • Offer type: Specify whether it is for a product or service. • Promotion type: Select from sale, bonus, or gift card. • Product price in AMD. • Offer description in both Armenian and English. • Images: Up to 4 images in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png formats, with each image being no larger than 2 MB. • Offer dates: Include both start and end dates. • Agreement: Acceptance of the Privacy policy and Terms of use. Specific requirements for each promotion type: • Sale: Include the discount percentage (%). • Bonus: Provide the bonus name in both Armenian and English. • Gift card: Provide the gift card price in AMD. Once submitted, the information cannot be edited by hifind.am. Business page owners can manage their offers by using the provided link in the confirmation email. hifind.am does not modify or verify the content submitted by business pages, but reserves the right to remove any offer that does not comply with our standards.

No responsibility for "Best offers" content

hifind.am does not take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or validity of offers submitted by business pages. The content provided is solely the responsibility of the business page. Users are encouraged to report any issues or concerns related to the offers.

Free period & charges for "Best offers"

Until 31 December 2024, business pages can add and promote offers for free. Starting 1 January 2025, hifind.am will charge business pages on a cost-per-click (CPC) basis for each click on the offer link and each click on the request button for sales, bonuses, or gift cards ("Get discount," "Buy gift card," "Get bonus").

Offer requests for "Best offers"

Each offer has a dedicated page where users can view and request the offer. Users can click on the corresponding request button ("Get discount," "Buy gift card," or "Get bonus") and provide their information.

User information for offer requests

To submit a request, users must provide: • Full name (in both Armenian and English) • Phone number and/or email address (we recommend providing email address to receive notifications) • Once a user clicks the request button, the business page receives an email notification with the user’s contact details. Users will also receive an email confirming whether their request was successfully submitted.

hifind.am’s role & limitations

hifind.am is not responsible for any interactions between users and business pages after a request is made. All transactions and communications between users and business pages take place outside of hifind.am, and we do not intervene or monitor the transaction process. Any disputes or issues should be resolved directly between the user and the business page.

User feedback & reporting

Users encountering problems with offers can notify hifind.am, and we will take appropriate action. However, we are not responsible for resolving issues that arise between business pages and users.
