Instagram business pages that are registered on hifind.am can create, manage, and display their offers under the "Best offers" section. These offers may include discounts, bonuses, and gift cards. Business pages are solely responsible for adding and managing the details of their offers, which are displayed on hifind.am.

Business pages are responsible for submitting and managing their offers on the platform. Each offer must include the following details: • Offer title: In both Armenian and English • Offer type: Whether it is a product or service • Promotion type: Choose from sale, bonus, or gift card • Product price: Listed in AMD • Offer description: Provided in both Armenian and English • Images: Up to 4 images (.jpeg, .jpg, or .png formats), each with a maximum size of 2 MB • Offer dates: Including both start and end dates • Agreement: Acceptance of Privacy policy and Terms of use Specific requirements for each promotion type: • Sale: Include the discount percentage (%) • Bonus: Provide the bonus name in both Armenian and English • Gift card: Provide the gift card price in AMD Once submitted, the information cannot be edited by hifind.am. Business page owners can view and manage (edit or delete) their offers by clicking the "Add an offer" button. This will direct them to the input field where they must enter the email address used to register on hifind.am. Once a valid email is entered, the "Add a new offer" button will be activated. Upon clicking the button, a URL will be sent to the provided email address. The link is active for one hour only. The business owner can click the link to access and make necessary changes to the offer. Please note that hifind.am does not modify or verify the content of offers created by business pages. However, hifind.am reserves the right to remove any offer that does not comply with our Privacy policy or Terms of use standards. Business pages can submit an unlimited number of offers without any restrictions.

To maintain a safe, legal, and respectful environment for both businesses and users, hifind.am implements the following content standards for the "Best offers" feature. Offers that do not comply with these standards will be deleted from the platform. 1. Prohibited content - Business pages submitting offers to hifind.am must ensure that their offers do not include any of the following: • Nude content: Any offer containing nudity or explicit sexual material is prohibited. • Alcohol content: Offers promoting or containing alcohol-related products, including alcoholic beverages, are not allowed. • 18+ content: Offers related to content that is considered explicit, graphic, or intended for adults only are prohibited. • Forbidden items: Offers containing prohibited or illegal items such as drugs, weapons, or other regulated products will be removed from the platform. 2. Compliance with local laws - All offers must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which the business operates. Any offer that violates local, regional, or international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, and advertising standards, will be deleted. 3. Accurate and non-deceptive information - Business pages must provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information in their offers. hifind.am reserves the right to remove offers that contain false claims, exaggerations, or unsubstantiated statements, especially when they may mislead users or misrepresent the business or the product/service being offered. 4. No discriminatory content - Offers containing discriminatory, hateful, or harmful content based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics are prohibited. Business pages are expected to foster an inclusive and respectful environment. 5. Respect for intellectual property - Business pages must ensure that they have the necessary rights or licenses to use any images, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property in their offers. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials will lead to the removal of the offer. 6. No spam or unsolicited promotions - Business pages must not submit offers that involve unsolicited promotions, spam, or any form of excessive or irrelevant advertising. Offers should be relevant and appropriate for the audience. 7. Quality of products/services - Offers must represent products or services that are legal, safe, and of satisfactory quality. hifind.am reserves the right to remove offers related to products or services that are defective, harmful, or otherwise unsafe for consumers. 8. Clear and complete information - Business pages must ensure that all offers contain complete, clear, and understandable details, including pricing, terms and conditions, and any additional restrictions related to the offer. Vague or incomplete offers may be removed for clarity purposes. 9. User safety and privacy - Business pages must not collect or share personal data in violation of privacy laws or without user consent. Offers that violate user privacy or collect sensitive personal information without proper security measures will be removed. 10. hifind.am's discretion - hifind.am reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any offer that does not comply with these standards or is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or damaging to the platform or its users.

hifind.am does not take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or validity of the offers submitted by business pages. The information provided by business pages is their own, related to their respective industry, services, or products. Users are encouraged to contact us if they encounter any issues related to the offers.

Until December 31, 2024, business pages can add and promote offers without any cost. Starting from January 1, 2025, hifind.am will charge business pages for each click on their offer link, as well as for each click on the request button for sale, bonus, or gift card ("Get discount" "Buy gift card", "Get bonus"). Charges will apply as part of a cost-per-click (CPC) model.

Each offer on hifind.am, whether it is a sale, bonus, or gift card, has a dedicated individual page where users can view the offer and submit a request. To request a specific offer, users need to click on the corresponding request button ("Get discount," "Buy gift card," or "Get bonus") and provide essential information.

When submitting a request, users are required to complete a form with the following details: • Full name (in both Armenian and English) • Phone number and/or email address (we recommend providing both to receive notifications about the request) Upon clicking the request button, the business page associated with the offer will receive a notification via email. This allows the business to contact the user using the provided contact details. The user will also receive an email confirming whether the request was successfully submitted or unsuccessful if an email address was provided.

hifind.am is not responsible for any interactions between users and business pages after the user submits the offer request. These actions occur outside of our platform, and hifind.am does not intervene or monitor the transaction process. Any issues, disputes, or concerns regarding the offer or the request should be addressed directly between the business page and the user. By using this service, users agree to the above terms, acknowledging that all subsequent communication and transactions related to the requested offers are managed solely between the business and the user.

If users encounter any problems with the offers, we encourage them to notify us. hifind.am will take appropriate action if we receive any complaints, but we are not responsible for resolving issues that occur between business pages and users.
